Returns & Refunds
Every piece is made to order.
Because of the custom nature of this process, each print is one-of-a-kind—just like the memory it represents. We do not offer returns/refunds.
If a piece arrives damaged, it is at our discretion whether we send a replacement, or issue a refund. One or the other will be accommodated within 24 hours of being notified.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible.
Each photo takes 4-10 hours to print, so most orders go out within 1-3 days. Transit time can range from 1 to 5 days within Canada and the USA. In total, it will be anywhere from 2 to 10 days before you receive your photo after ordering.
All orders are shipped via UPS and tracking numbers are provided.
Manufacturing Location
We are a proudly Canadian operation that ships from Toronto, Canada.
Our photos have no customs or tariff charges when being delivered to the USA.
